Camera Guest serves kids’ parties in San Diego County. The booking request form is intended for adult hosts.

Your booking request

We collect the contact and party details you submit so we can review your request, contact you, and arrange coverage. Requests are stored in a private owner inbox. We use an email service to send your request receipt and notify Camera Guest. These messages are about your inquiry; submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Please avoid including sensitive details or a child’s full name.

Website analytics

We use first-party analytics to understand website visits and whether the request form is working. A random browser identifier changes on your next visit on a new Pacific calendar day. A separate visit identifier resets after 30 minutes of inactivity or on a new day. These identifiers are stored in your browser; there are no advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or session recordings.

We record only the public page path, a broad traffic-source category, non-personal campaign labels in tagged links, a screen-size category, and activity such as the location of selected button/link clicks, sections appearing on screen, FAQs opened, form visibility, form starts, submission attempts, errors, email-link clicks, and successfully saved requests. We also estimate seconds the page is visible and the maximum page depth reached by the bottom of the screen. Progress updates are sent about every 15 seconds and when the page is hidden or left; hidden-tab time and long device-sleep gaps are excluded. These are estimates, not proof that you were reading. We do not collect click coordinates, keystrokes, or field-by-field form activity. We do not capture form contents, names, email addresses, IP addresses, precise locations, full referrer URLs, or advertising click IDs in analytics. Request-success events are deduplicated using a one-way reference rather than your contact information.

Analytics records older than 90 calendar days are removed when the next visit is tracked. We skip tracking when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, or browser storage is unavailable. Clearing this website’s browser storage removes its identifiers. Booking requests are saved separately even if analytics is unavailable or disabled.

Private party memories

Your party album is shared privately with you. Anyone you share the album link with may be able to view it. Booking a Camera Guest does not automatically authorize the use of your photos in advertising or on this website.

Let your guests know

Tell guests that photos and short clips will be captured. Before coverage begins, let your Camera Guest know about anyone who should not be photographed and any special photo requests.

Booking is confirmed personally

A form submission is a request only. It does not reserve a date, and no payment is taken. Availability and booking details will be confirmed directly with you.
